This started as a quick note in January 2022, right after Wordle went viral, listing a handful of clones I'd found in other languages. It kept growing past anything I'd planned for, so it moved from hand-written HTML into a proper database to keep it maintainable and duplicate-free.

Today it's a directory of 782 Wordle-style games across 111 languages, from Icelandic to Ancient Greek. Every entry links out to the original creator's site — nothing here is rehosted, just catalogued, searchable, and kept as free of dead links as I can manage.

Made a Wordle clone, or found one that's missing? Use the "Submit a Wordle game" button on the list — I review and add every submission by hand.

Why ads

This is a one-person, self-funded project. Hosting, and the time spent building and maintaining the database, come out of my own pocket, and the ads on this page help cover that. I try to keep them out of the way rather than in front of the content.
